Effective Date: August 17, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of software applications developed by Jacobs Digital LLC ("jācapps," "we," "us") for internal business purposes, including integrations with third-party services such as Intuit QuickBooks Online.
License Grant
We grant authorized employees and contractors of Jacobs Digital LLC a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these applications solely for internal business operations. These applications are not distributed, sold, or licensed to the public.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from these applications, except as expressly authorized in writing by Jacobs Digital LLC.
Ownership
All right, title, and interest in these applications, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Jacobs Digital LLC. No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.
Third-Party Services
These applications may connect to third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
Data
Information accessed by these applications is used solely for internal business operations. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
No Warranty
These applications are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jacobs Digital LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of these applications.
Changes
We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
